Outstanding Customer Service During a Stressful Breakdown We had an awesome experience with Cruise's Auto Center. Craig was outstanding from start to finish and made sure we were always kept in the loop on the status of our truck after our transmission went out near St. Joseph. He communicated every step of the process, answered our questions, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
